These services range from highly structured sub-acute services on campus to intensive intervention and care in the home and the community. Our broad range of programs and services are designed to work collaboratively with families, state and local agencies, and other community providers.
Clinician- IICAPS
Boys & Girls Village is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. The ideal candidate should be licensed and experienced in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.
Paraeducator
Energetic, motivated individual with future connection to expand BGV. Solid experience working with youth with disabilities in a school environment. Experience working with youth in crisis.

Residential Milieu Supervisor-
\Milieu Supervisor manages the milieu ensuring a safe, clean, structured, and orderly unit where therapeutic programming and behavior management can be implemented. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the processes are completed in accordance with BGV policies and procedures. They are responsible for providing supervision to the mental health workers and assisting them in providing a nurturing environment. This is a second shift position.
Mental Health Counselor
• BGV is seeking a Bachelor’s Level Mental Health Counselor for our Intensive In-home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS).

Mental Health Worker (MHW)
The Mental Health Worker are responsible for directly supervising and engaging with youth and assisting them in developing adaptive living skills. They also actively monitor and manage crisis situations. They drive youth to court, appointments and recreational trips.

Family Support Specialist - FFT
The FFT-FC Family Support Specialist (FFS) works in collaboration with a clinician providing services in foster family and birth family homes. The FSS will be trained in the Functional Family Therapy-Foster Care evidence-based treatment model and adhere to all model requirements. Documentation will be completed according to model requirements and implemented into the electronic database systems. FSS will participate in weekly individual supervision and submit video tapes for FFT consultation and certification. The FSS will identify and refer children and families (both birth and foster) to community-based resources, as well as provide supervised visitation to birth families.
Therapist- Foster Care
The FFT-FC Therapist Coordinates all aspects of outreach clinical treatment for assigned clients in therapeutic foster care, utilizing the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model. Provides family therapy, case management and crisis intervention. Works with foster care team members to coordination care. Maintains contact with and consults with relevant collaborative
parties. Participates as full member of the clinical team and the program and is responsible for maintaining client records.
Life Safety Officer- FULL TIME
BGV is seeking a Guard Card certified Life Safety Officer
This role is considered “essential” to the operations of the agency
Must be able to work Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6:30pm
Cook/Kitchen Staff
Collaborates with the Kitchen Manager to create daily specials, menu planning, and works with as part of the team. The cook prepares and serves all three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the clients and staff on their scheduled days of work, and during special events. The cook also assists in culinary vocational training of clients. Must be willing and able to come to work on holidays as scheduled and in all types of weather as this role is considered an “essential” function in supporting and feeding our clients.
