Location: Milford CT

  • BGV is seeking a Masters Level Program Coordinator for our Quality Parenting Center program (QPC)
  • Increased compensation for Bi-lingual Spanish speaking candidates

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Oversees day to day operations of the programs including intake/triage, scheduling, staff supervision, and other situations affecting management of care.
  • Ensures staff are providing services in accordance with DCF contract while maintaining fidelity to the evidence based models.
  • Provides direction and consultation on the work with each family.
  • Provides weekly direct and indirect supervision.
  • Ensures the documentation for all services in adherence with state statutes, regulatory billing, COA standards and BGV standards.
  • Works a flexible work schedule, evening appointments and meetings are considered routine
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive to off –campus sites for home visits and collaborative meetings and have access to reliable transportation
  • Master’s degree in Social Work including

PURPOSE/FUNCTION OF THE PROGRAM:

The Parenting Support Services Program is a service for families with children 0-18 that supports and enhances positive family functioning. Families receive one or more of the PSS interventions, Positive Parenting Program (Triple P) and Circle of Security Parenting, along with case management.

LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR CLINICAL POSITIONS:

Candidate must hold one of the following credentials: LMSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPC or licensed or licensed-eligible Psychologist in the State of Connecticut.
