Records Requests

Most Boys & Girls Village programs use an Electronic Health Record for storing client information. The system supports our efforts to provide the highest quality care in a coordinated and collaborative manner, while also ensuring that information is secure and standardized.

If you would like to receive a copy of your (or your child’s) records, have your records sent somewhere, send us records, or if you have any other questions or concerns with your records, please reach out by:
