Family Based Recovery (FBR)
Family Based Recovery (FBR) is an intensive, in-home program designed to support families with young children ages 0-6 where a parent is struggling with substance use.
The program’s primary goal is to:
- help parents achieve recovery from substance use
- strengthening parenting skills
- foster a healthy family environment
By delivering services directly in the home, FBR aims to keep families together, minimize child welfare involvement, and provide a stable environment for children.
The services are holistic, addressing both the parent’s recovery and the child’s developmental needs. A team of clinicians and support staff work closely with each family, providing therapies, parenting education, and resources to help parents build strong, positive relationships with their children.
