1. MENTAL HEALTH WORKER-PER DIEM/PART TIME
  Bachelors In Human Service Field preferred. Bilingual a plus. Agrees to scheduling requests 50% of the time and adheres to established staffing schedule. One Part Time position open for Sat & Sun. 1pm-11pm
ASBTE Clinician- Sign on Bonus
  Boys & Girls village continues to grow and we are now looking for a Master's Level Clinician to provide Case Management and Sexuality Education for 1 to 3 months to Level 1 youth and individualized clinical and case management services in the home to the youth including other individuals in his/her natural support system. The Clinician provides the above plus Individualized Treatment to level 2 youth for 3 – 12 months. Bi-Lingual a must.
Clinician -MST/PSB- Sign on Bonus
  Master's level clinician to provide in home intersive community based services to families of youth with problem sexual behavior difficulties utlizing MST-PSB model. Must be licensed and willing to work flexible hours. Bilingual preferred.
Clinician- IICAPS Sign on Bonus
  Master’s degree in Marriage and Family, Clinical Counseling, or equivalent. Must be licensed or license eligible. Perform evaluations and treatment of children, parents, and families Carry a case load of 8 to 9 cases; averaging 5.5 hours of direct service per week per case. Provides psycho therapeutic services to families through individual, family, group or play therapy to promote change in the family system.
Clinician-Milieu Supervisor EDT
  LMSW or equivalent, must be licensed or license eligible. The EDT Clinician/ Milieu Supervisor oversees all aspects of the milieu for the Extended Day program providing direct care, behavior management, therapeutic and recreational programming in a safe, orderly and nurturing environment in order to meet the goals of client specific treatment plans. In addition, this employee provides individual, group and family treatment to children with DSM 5 diagnoses.
MDFT Clinician-Sign on Bonus
  Master's Degree in social work. The MDFT program is a family focused, ecologically oriented evidence based model effective in the treatment of children/adolescents between the ages of 9 and 18 with substance abuse and/or dependence issues, or with disruptive behaviors and/or comorbid psychiatric issues who are at risk for substance abuse. MDFT is designed to reduce the influence of factors that place a child/adolescent at risk for substance abuse while strengthening the presence of protective factors, such as supporting a positive parent-child relationship.
Mental Health Worker
  BA or Associates Degree. Provides support for youth in one of our 24/7 residences. Previous experience working with youth in a clinical setting preferred. Various Shifts Available. Must be able to work in inclement weather and be mandated to stay if necessary
Mentor- Per Diem/Part Time
  Associates Level. The Youth Mentor acts as a role model for and reinforces the youth’s individual needs plan. They drive youth to court, appointments and recreational trips. They are responsible for directly supervising and engaging with youth and assisting them in developing adaptive living skills. The Youth Mentor also actively supervises, monitors, and manages crisis situations.
Milieu Nurse
  The Milieu Nurse provides nursing services and administers medication as needed in a psychiatric residential treatment facility . The milieu nurse is also responsible for directly engaging with youth in care and assisting them in developing adaptive living skills. The milieu nurse also actively supervises, monitors, and manages crisis situations calmly and therapeutically in conjunction with the mental health workers. The milieu nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team who work together to provide therapeutic services throughout a client’s stay.
Milieu Nurse-Part Time HAMILTON
  The Nurse provides and oversees health care needs for children in the HAMILTON Program. Completes nursing assessments on all new admissions and provides healthcare programming on the unit including healthcare groups. Oversees the administration of all medications.
Milieu Nurse-per Diem
  RN to provide services to our Kids Inn and Safe Haven program. Must be a Registered Nurse for State of CT who graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Prior psychiatric nursing experience working in a group living program, serving children is preferred.
Milieu Supervisor- KIDS INN
  Bachelor's level professional to manage the milieu ensuring a safe, clean, structured, and orderly unit where therapeutic programming and behavior management can be implemented. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the processes are completed in accordance with BGV policies and procedures. They are responsible for providing supervision to the mental health workers and assisting them in providing a nurturing environment. Must be able to work a flexible schedule
Paraeducator/MHW
  Energetic Associates/Bachelor's level. motivated individual with future connection to expand BGV. Solid experience working with youth with disabilities in a school environment. Experience working with youth in crisis. May also work within one of our 24/7 residences.
Program Manager- Residency
  LMFT, LCSW, LPC Manager oversees all operations of the HAMILTON program. They are responsible for ensuring that services are quality driven, strength based, trauma-informed, gender and culturally responsive, and delivered in a fiscally effective manner. The manager executes the position through programmatic oversight and development, direct supervision of key staff, and ensuring policies and procedures are in accordance with contracts, licensing and accreditation standards. The Manager assures that the program provides treatment services which are comprehensive, timely, and effective and are in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency.
Specialized Services School Social Worker
  Master's level social worker to work in our therapeutic day school. Social worker would provide clinical interventions and case management services to special education students consistent with their IEP service plan. Minimum two years experience working with children and families in a clinical setting. 3. Must be certified or eligible for certification by the State Department of Education as a School Social Worker, Counselor or Psychologist (if not certified, application for State Department of Education certification must be completed before date of hire, with copy of application on file in personnel office) Bi-lingual desired.
