Safe Babies Court Program

Who We Are:

The first three years are a critical time for brain and emotional development. Babies' brains are developing at a faster rate than any other time in their lives. They have specialized needs for bonding, attachment, safety, and physical and emotional health.  This program provides services that support healthy development during this important time frame. 

Our Approach:

Our supportive approach involves frequent family team meetings and monthly court hearings to help ensure that needed support is given and ensures infants and toddlers entering foster care receive specialized support to stay safe and healthy - physically and mentally. We provide: 

• A specially trained team managing your case
• Quicker access to programs and services
• A voice in the decision-making process
• More contact and family time with your child
• Monthly court reviews

Our Goal:

The Safe Babies Court Program's goal is for infants and toddlers to leave the foster care system as soon as possible.
